Beets are one of my favorite food. Not only does it contain loads of iron and minerals but it tastes delicious. 2 large carrots
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup fresh blackberries
handful of spinach
4 raw beets
1/2 a lime

Juice all ingredients together, dazzle with fresh mint and enjoy!
