THIS DIY SCRUB WILL MELT INTO YOUR SKIN

If you don’t have time to spa but need a good body scrub (I know I do!), then this is perfect for you! I created this recipe for a client who wanted to reduce cellulite but this DIY spa treatment will also leave your skin hydrated and smooth. You can find most of these ingredients in your kitchen and the scent is decadent.

Tsp nutmeg
Tsp turmeric powder
2 Tsp ginger powder
Tsp dried basil
Tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch of paprika

Pinch of dead sea salt (can also use himalayan pink salt)

Add hot water gradually until it forms into a paste-like texture. Leave on skin for 10-15 minutes or until skin begins to warm and rinse off.
