As many of you know, I’m all about multitasking. As a busy 21st-century woman and business owner, I love figuring out new ways to do two things at once. From multi-tasking products to incorporating my beauty routine into my daily routine, I’m always sharing tips and tricks on how to maximize the little time my clients have to give them big results. That’s why this week I decided to write about how you can heal your skin while you sleep. And though I’ve said it many times before, sleep is so important for the optimal functioning of your skin. There is a reason they call it beauty sleep! If your skin is suffering from complexion issues, I recommend really putting in the effort to clock eight full hours of sleep. Additionally, since the average person will spend about one third of his or her life asleep, I feel that it’s the perfect time to work on improving your complexion. However, my approach is two-fold, as it includes what you do right before bed and what you do while you’re actually sleeping. If you utilize your beauty routine before sliding into bed, your skin will reap the reward in the A.M. Here are the 3 steps you need to wake up to the skin of your dreams:



The final step of this nighttime routine is to apply the powerhouse products that will go to work on your skin while you get some shuteye. Depending on your needs, I recommend using my best-selling Blemish Peel Mask, my signature Black Currant Serum, or a combination of the two. I designed my Blemish Peel Mask to be used in three different ways depending on what the skin needs. It can be used as a sleeping mask, spot treatment or a 3-minute peel.
